Hawk-Woods NPF Adapter Plate – KOMODO

OVERVIEW
The DV-KOM is a power adaptor that can be attached directly onto the RED Komodo battery fitting plate at the rear of the camera. It requires two NPF batteries to be fitted in order to provide power output. You can choose to use 2x DV-F990 batteries, which will give you a total capacity of 148Wh, or opt for the smaller 4-cell NPF DV-F790 batteries that still provide a good punch of 100Wh, equivalent to a Mini 98wh V-Lok battery.

The power consumption of the Komodo is around 45Wh at its highest setting. With two DV-F990 batteries, you can expect around 3 hours of continuous use, while two DV-F790 batteries will last for approximately 2 hours. The adaptor also features 2x Power-con outputs for powering additional accessories and a fly lead for connecting to the camera via the DC input. Please note that the camera itself is not included with the DV-KOM adaptor.
