Overview
This Half Camera Cage is specifically designed to protect the Sony a1 and other similar models such as the a7 II, a7 III, a7S, a7S II, a7R II, a7R III, and a9 from wear and tear over time. Made with a combination of lightweight and durable aluminium and stainless steel, this cage provides a strong and reliable layer of armor for your camera.
The Half Cage also offers versatility in terms of mounting accessories. It features cold shoe receivers and 1/4″-20 threads with locating pins, allowing you to easily attach different accessories to your camera setup. Additionally, the cage is compatible with type II baseplates and various quick release plates, making it easy to switch between different setups.

About the Tilta Half Cage for Sony a1 – Black
This Half Camera Cage provides protective armor for the Sony a1 and allows you to secure different accessories while remaining lightweight.
The Half Cage features several 1/4”-20 threads with locating pins and a cold shoe receiver.
It also features Rod Attachment Ports for the optional Single Rod Holders.
The Bottom Plate provides 1/4″-20 threads for attaching your camera to various quick release plates and is compatible with the 15mm LWS Baseplate Type II.
The included Slotted Screwdriver allows you to quickly assemble or disassemble the cage and various accessories. It also conveniently attaches to the bottom of the cage for storage.
The Manfrotto Quick Release Plate allows you to easily secure the system to any Manfrotto compatible receiver or tripod head.
