Overview
The 15mm LWS Baseplate Type V is a versatile accessory that can be securely attached to your camera system to support various accessories. It is specifically designed for the Canon C70 Full Camera Cage and is made of durable aluminium and steel construction.
This baseplate features separated front and back rod mounts, which allows for easy attachment and detachment of rod-based accessories such as matte boxes and follow focus systems. It is compatible with both Tilta and ARRI standard dovetails and also supports third-party quick release plates via 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads. Its low profile design is perfect for accommodating the unique height of the Canon C70.

About the Tilta 15mm LWS Baseplate Type V – Black
Please note: the 15mm LWS Baseplate Type V features separated front and back rod mounts that are not connected.
The 15mm LWS Baseplate adds 15mm rod support and allows you to mount rod based accessories such as matte boxes and follow focus systems. The low profile of this baseplate was specifically designed to accommodate the unique height of the Canon C70.
This baseplate is designed for use with the Tilta C70 full camera cage.
The bottom of the baseplate natively connects to the Tilta Standard Dovetails or ARRI Standard Dovetails via the Tilta Standard to Arri Standard Multi-Functional Baseplate. This baseplate also supports third party quick release plates via 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads.
