Swit S-3602U BP-U Charger

OVERVIEW
S-3602U is a dual channel charger designed for SWIT S-8U63 and SONY BP-U series batteries. It features intelligent dual channel charging, with 2 charging channels and a total output of DC 16.7V, 1.9A. The charger can sequentially charge 2 batteries to 75% capacity before charging both simultaneously to full. Each channel is equipped with 4-level LED charging indicators to show real time capacity by percentage. Additionally, the charger has a 5.5mm/2.1mm pole socket of DC12V, 1.9A adapting output for convenience.

With advanced charging curve technology, the charger follows a two-period approach for Li-ion batteries. The first period is constant-current, charging the battery at the maximum rate. Then, the charging circuit switches to the second period, constant-voltage, to maintain the set-point voltage and prevent overcharging. Multiple safety protections are also built in, including identification of battery types and correct charging program, to prevent overcurrent, overcharging, and high temperature.

Intelligent Dual Channel Charging
S-3602U has 2 charging channels, totally DC 16.7V, 1.9A output, and can charge 2 batteries sequentially to 75% capacity, and then charge both batteries simultaneously to full. The 4-level LED charging indicators are provided for each channel, which indicate the real time capacity by percentage when charging.

Advanced Charging Curve
Li-ion charging follows a two-period approach. The first period is constant-current. The battery is charged at the maximum charging rate. When the battery reaches a specified set-point voltage, charging circuits switch to the second period: the constant-voltage period. The charging circuit will provide only enough current to maintain the voltage, to prevent the battery from over charging.

Multiple Safety Protection Design
SWIT charger can identify different chemical types of batteries, and provide the correct charging program, to protect the batteries from over current, over charging, high temperature, etc.
