OVERVIEW
SmallHD monitors can now access camera control for RED KOMODO or DSMC2 cameras by using a breakout box with a 4-pin CTRL port. However, it’s important to note that this does not include software installation.

With the use of a RED® CTRL 4-pin to SmallHD 5-pin USB cable, users can easily control their RED DSMC2 or Komodo cameras with their SmallHD monitors. This cable is compatible with various breakout boxes, such as the Wooden Camera B-Box, as long as they have a 4-pin CTRL port. It is designed specifically for SmallHD monitors that support camera control for RED cameras.
