The Universal cage for Blackmagic Design Video Assist 4k is specially designed to provide free access to the side panels of the monitor. It also features HDMI connection security with two 4mm screws and has 3/8-16 and 1/4-20 threaded holes at the top for mounting accessories. Additionally, there is a 3/8-16 threaded hole at the bottom for use with Icon series products. The cage is made of strong CNC aluminium and has engraved connections and socket names for easy use. It also allows free access to SD card and battery sockets and has dedicated side socket holes for all connection jacks, making it ideal for use as a director’s or on-camera monitor.
