The VLM-C53 from Hawkwoods is a direct camera fitting for Canon’s C500 MKII and C300 MKIII camera. The Hawkwoods adaptor converts the VL-C500 MKII so that V-Lok batteries can be used instead of the Canon BPA batteries to greatly extend run-time.

The VLM-C53 securely attaches to the camera via two captive screws firmly locking the adaptor into place. A Power-con(D-Tap) is provided as an output for powering further accessories. The C500 is powered via a fixed XLR flying lead.

The main feature of the VLM-C53 is the ability to hotswap between a V-Lok battery and the cameras internal battery system (BPA Batteries) BPA-50 BPA-98 thus allowing for continuous power without having to shut the camera down.
