Freefly Ember 720nm IR Filter

Overview
The Ember camera now has the option to replace its standard IR cut filter with a new one that only allows infrared light waves at 720nm or above. This filter can easily be installed in place of the standard filter, and comes with a padded pouch for storage and transport.

With this filter, the resulting infrared video captures the reflection and transmission of infrared light by filtering out near-infrared, visible, and ultraviolet light. To install the filter, simply remove the Ember lens mount and standard filter, and replace them with the 720nm filter. Then, you’re ready to shoot stunning IR footage with your Ember camera.

About the Freefly Ember 720nm IR Filter
Install this filter in your Ember camera body in place of the standard IR cut filter for stunning infrared video. Video captured with this filter installed shows how the scene or subjects reflect or transmit infrared light by filtering out near-infrared, visible, and ultraviolet light and only allowing infrared light waves at 720nm or above to pass through.

To install in the Ember camera, simply remove the Ember lens mount (4 screws), then remove the standard filter (2 screws). Install the 720nm filter and the lens mount and you’re ready to shoot IR footage.
