OVERVIEW
ZEK-2 is a robotic cinema camera solution that includes the Zoom Encoder Kit (ZEK-2) and the PTR-10/10T MARK II Robotic Pan Tilt Head. This mechanical device allows for the mounting of the Tilta Nucleus-M motor, which adds automatic zoom positioning to the Panasonic Lumix BGH-1 camcorder. With the help of the Tilta Nucleus-M Motor Kit, the PTR-10(T) MARK II can control the focus, iris, and zoom functions of the camera through standard LanC protocol. Additionally, the ZEK-2 can control up to four PTR-10 MARK II heads with the RMC-180 MARK II controller.

The ZEK-2 KIT is an award-winning package that turns any micro four thirds camera into a PTZ camera. It includes the zoom ring, nucleus motor, and all necessary components to power and control the camera and motor. This solution is perfect for free running zoom cinema cameras, as it allows for precise and remote control of the camera’s functions.
