Overview
The Hotswap/Buffer Function 16A is compatible with both Vmicro and V-Mount batteries. It has a rechargeable buffer of 14.4V / 3Ah and a weight of 580g when mounted with a battery. It also features various outputs, including 2x Twist D-Tap 14.4V, 3x Lemo 2pin 14.4V, 1x USB-A 5V 1.5A, and 1x USB-C Input 40W / Output up to 45W. The supported camera protocols are Red, Arri, Sony, and Blackmagic. Please note that an external battery is not included and images are for illustrative purposes only.

Bebob batteries are not single-use products, but durable equipment that can be used for years. If the battery capacity decreases over time, the cells can be replaced at the bebob factory. The batteries also have a status alert that indicates the total capacity compared to the initial value. They also feature an integrated LED flashlight and a clever “double D-tap” for flexible cable routing. All bebob batteries are virtually unbreakable, withstanding a drop from 1.5m without damage. They also have a USB output for quickly recharging USB-powered devices while shooting.

Replaceable Cells

bebob batteries are not single-use products, but durable pieces of equipment. If after years of use the battery capacity decreases, the cells can be replaced in our factory!

Status Alert

In addition to the charge level indicator, bebob batteries have a status alert that indicates the ratio of the total capacity to the initial value. As soon as the total capacity of older batteries falls below 70% (CINE batteries 80%) of the new value, the LED status indicates yellow, and red if it falls below 50% (CINE batteries 60%). So, you can keep an eye on the condition of your batteries and have the cells replaced if necessary.

Integrated Flashlight

Most recent bebob batteries are equipped with an LED flashlight. Anyone who has ever looked for something on a dark set, will appreciate this additional function.

Twist D-Tap

Only bebob batteries are equipped with the clever “double D-tap”. This allows you to freely choose the cable routing left or right, according to your needs.

Virtually Unbreakable

All batteries withstand a drop from a height of 1.5 m without damage. Should a housing break anyway, all mechanical parts can be replaced – thanks to the modular design.

USB Output

To connect USB-powered devices bebob batteries are equipped with a USB port (Type-A or -C), allowing you quickly recharge your smartphone or tablet while shooting!
